Lois Pengilley (Broker/Owner)

Lois Pengilley has called Davis home since 1985 and started managing property in 1992. Lois obtained her California Real Estate Agent’s License in 1997. She decided to put her knowledge and years in real estate to work for herself and obtained her Broker’s license in 2005 and opened Grace Properties. Lois’ experience includes residential management, commercial management and residential sales. Lois is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) which allows her to call herself a “Realtor.” Lois is a member of the Yolo County Board of Realtors with access to the Multiple Listing Service enabling her to provide a current market analysis for not only sales clients but management clients as well.
Lois was born and raised in California, and is committed to providing quality property management for her clients. Her goal is to minimize vacancy time and maximize a property's rental potential in a constantly changing market. Being a member of the NAR enables her to use the California Association of Realtors forms that are always up to date with current California laws.
